Customer Service Representative

RigData is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to deliver excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordination with other departments to resolve inquiries and issues.

You will be the first point of contact for general inquiries including pricing, products, and more, while being responsible for building and maintaining business relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer loyalty.

This position requires:

1. 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a Business to Business environment.

2. 1 year of sales experience, preferably over the phone.

3. Some college coursework. Bachelors degree preferred

4. Professional verbal and written communication skills.

5. Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook, and contact management software.

This is a part-time position with the possibility of advancement in to a full-time role. Work hours will be Monday – Friday, 8am – 1pm.
